A movable DJ booth puts the music at the centre, with a 360° Boiler Room style setup that brings everyone into the moment.

Main booking hours between 12 noon and 11pm. From £110 for 2 hours, then £30 per extra hour.
Late hours are additional to your main booking. After 2am is available on Friday and Saturday only. Add late hours when booking; all extensions depend on availability.

How many people can we bring?
SocialClub holds up to 25 people, including DJs. The base price includes up to 10 people. Add £55 for up to 15, £80 for up to 20, or £95 for up to 25. Confirm the total number when you book.
If more people arrive than the number confirmed in your booking, an additional £20 per extra person is payable on the night. The total must remain at or below 25 people, including DJs; paying for extra guests does not increase this limit.
Can we bring our own drinks?
Yes, at BYO events for guests aged 18 and over. ID may be required and responsible drinking is expected. SocialClub can also host events for younger guests, such as children’s birthday parties; those are not BYO events. Contact us to discuss your event.
Can the party continue after 11pm?
Yes, subject to availability. Add your extra time during booking. From 11pm to 1am it is £40 per started hour; 1am–2am is £50. From 2am–4am it is £100 per started hour, available on Friday and Saturday only.
Extensions during the day are £30 per started hour. If an extension is unavailable, you must leave at the end of your reserved time.
How does the deposit work?
Choose a 50% deposit or full payment at checkout. If you choose a deposit, the remaining balance is due when you arrive on the day. Your date is not held without a booking.
Can we move the booth or bring equipment?
The DJ booth is movable, but only studio staff may relocate equipment or change connections, lighting and cables. Ask us first and we’ll help with the setup.
If you want to bring your own equipment, contact us before booking and arrive 15–30 minutes early once agreed. A SocialClub booking covers the event room only; other studios cost extra. Tuition is booked separately.
What about photos, care and damage?
Take photos and short videos inside the studios, but not in the office or other areas. Studio photos taken with your permission may be used for promotion; contact us to request removal.
Please use the hand-sanitising stations, return supplied headphones and treat all equipment carefully. Only staff may adjust or connect equipment. Damage must be paid for after the event; the full policy includes specific damage and cleaning charges.

01 SocialClub booking, guests & extra hours
Guests & room hire
- There is no age limit for SocialClub events; the room can be hired for occasions such as children’s birthday parties.
- All Bring Your Own events are restricted to guests aged 18 and over. ID may be required.
- The maximum is 25 people, including DJs. Confirm the number of people during booking; more than 25 people are not permitted.
- Up to 10 people are included in the online base booking price.
- Up to 15 people: +£55; up to 20: +£80; up to 25: +£95 on top of the booking price.
- Additional guests on the night: If more people arrive than the number confirmed in your booking, an additional charge of £20 per extra person is payable on the night. The total number of people must still be 25 or fewer, including DJs. Paying this charge does not permit entry above the 25-person limit.
- A minimum booking of 2 hours is required.
- Choose a 50% deposit or full payment at checkout. If you pay a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid when you arrive on the day.
- A SocialClub booking covers the private event room only. Other studios can be made available at an additional charge.
Extra time
If you wish to stay after 11pm, add the extra time during the reservation process. On-the-day extensions are subject to availability; if an extension is unavailable, you must leave after your booked time.

02 Photos, equipment & studio use
Photos & videos
Pictures taken by the studio with your permission may be used for promotions, including photos, flyers and web galleries. If you do not want your pictures used on social media or another online platform, send us a message and we can remove them from our platforms.
You may take pictures and short videos inside the studios only. Pictures and videos are not permitted outside the studio rooms, including in the office area.
Looking after the studio
- Use the hand-sanitising stations when entering and leaving the studios.
- Treat all equipment with extra care. DJs and producers are accountable for damage caused while equipment is being used.
- Only staff may relocate equipment, add or remove additional equipment, change lighting, or connect and disconnect cables. Ask a member of staff for help.
- If you want to use additional studio equipment, let staff know so they can set it up. It is usually free of charge if available.
- Return supplied headphones to their designated holders when you finish.
- Never disconnect cables or plugs from equipment yourself.
- To book additional slots in advance, ask a member of staff to check availability or use the online booking form.
- If you have booked the Live Stream / Practice Studio and wish to use its laser or LED lighting equipment, ask staff to activate it. Only staff may change lighting equipment.
Your equipment & technical support
If you would like to connect your own equipment, contact the studio before booking and arrive 15–30 minutes before your session once agreed. Only staff may connect or disconnect additional equipment. Without prior confirmation, an equipment swap cannot be guaranteed and you may need to use the studio equipment.
Classroom tuition is not included in your booking. Staff can assist with equipment and setup queries, but customers must have basic knowledge of the equipment and programs. Book tutor sessions separately through the booking system.
DJ controllers and other equipment are delicate and expensive. If equipment is damaged, the DJ or producer using it is responsible. If excessive force is used, the studio may stop the booking from continuing.
03 Damage & cleaning charges
Please take care of the equipment and studio space. Damage caused during your session must be paid in full immediately after the event so items can be repaired or replaced. If damage is not settled at the time, the studio may involve the relevant authorities to help resolve the matter.

04 Cancellations & booking changes
- Any Booking cancellation – 80% of the booking cost will be returned.
- Within 24 hours prior to the booking date/time – 50% of the booking cost will be returned. (*SocialClub is within 72 hours)
- Booking cancellation LESS than 24 hours / *SocialClub is 72 hours prior to booking date/time – NO REFUND.
Cancellations are only accepted via your Customer Panel, by email to office@belfastdjstudio.com, or by message to our Facebook page.
