At Belfast DJ Studio, your safety is just as important as your sound. Whether you’re here to record, rehearse, or create, we want you to feel secure, comfortable, and focused. That’s why we’ve put smart, simple safety practices in place — so you can keep the vibes high and the risks low.

• We maintain a clean, safe, and fully equipped studio for all DJs, producers, and guests.

• All gear — sound, light, and tech — is regularly checked, tested, and ready to go.

• We assess any risks and act fast to fix potential hazards.

• Fire exits are clearly marked and always accessible.

• Emergency procedures are easy to understand and posted around the studio.

• We stay fully up to date with Northern Ireland’s health & safety laws — and make improvements when needed.

🎚️ What We Ask of You

• Treat the studio space and equipment with respect — it’s yours to enjoy safely.

• Keep walkways clear and avoid trailing cables or bags where people walk.

• Report any broken gear, spills, or safety concerns to the team immediately.

• Follow the fire safety rules (no smoking or vaping indoors, ever).

• Know where the emergency exits are — just in case.

• If something doesn’t feel right, speak up. We’re here to listen.

🚨 In Case of Emergency

• If you hear the fire alarm, stop what you’re doing and exit calmly.

• Staff will guide you to the nearest exit and gathering point.

• First aid kits are available onsite — let a team member know if you need help.

📝 Accidents & Near Misses

• Every accident, even a small one, must be reported.

• We keep an official accident log and review any incidents to prevent future problems.

🔎 Risk Check-Ups

• Regular risk assessments are part of our routine.

• Any new equipment or layout changes come with a fresh safety check.

🌀 Keeping It Fresh

We review this policy every year — or sooner if something changes.
