What are the SocialClub opening hours?
SocialClub is open every day: Monday–Saturday, 12 noon–11pm, and Sunday, 1pm–8pm.
Plan your standard booking within the opening hours for your chosen day. Your session must finish by the closing time.
How many people can we bring?
SocialClub holds up to 25 people, including DJs. Room hire includes up to 10 people. Add £60 for up to 15, £100 for up to 20, or £140 for up to 25. Confirm the total number when you book.
If more people arrive than the number confirmed in your booking, an additional £20 per extra person is payable on the night. The total must remain at or below 25 people, including DJs; paying for extra guests does not increase this limit.
Can we bring our own drinks?
Yes, at BYO events for guests aged 18 and over. ID may be required and responsible drinking is expected. SocialClub can also host events for younger guests, such as children’s birthday parties; those are not BYO events. Contact us to discuss your event.
Can the party continue after 11pm?
Standard bookings must finish by 11pm Monday–Saturday, or 8pm on Sunday.
For special events or extension requests, please contact us in advance to discuss your plans. Our team will confirm availability and any arrangements or additional charges. Extensions must be agreed with the studio in advance.
How does the deposit work?
Your booking price is room hire plus your chosen guest package. Choose a 50% deposit or pay that booking price in full at checkout. If you choose a deposit, the remaining booking balance is due on arrival. Your date is not held without a booking.
Optional extras are separate: they are paid in full on the day and are not included in the booking deposit.
Can we add decoration, photos or a DJ livestream?
Choose No Extras Needed at no additional charge, or add Decoration for £45, Party Photos for £45, and Livestreaming DJ Set for £55. You can combine extras; all selected extras are payable in full on the day.
Livestreaming DJ Set covers the DJ booth only.
Can we move the booth or bring equipment?
The DJ booth is movable, but only studio staff may relocate equipment or change connections, lighting and cables. Ask us first and we’ll help with the setup.
If you want to bring your own equipment, contact us before booking and arrive 15–30 minutes early once agreed. A SocialClub booking covers the event room only; other studios cost extra. Tuition is booked separately.
What about photos, care and damage?
Take photos and short videos inside the studios, but not in the office or other areas. Studio photos taken with your permission may be used for promotion; contact us to request removal.
Please use the hand-sanitising stations, return supplied headphones and treat all equipment carefully. Only staff may adjust or connect equipment. Damage must be paid for after the event; the full policy includes specific damage and cleaning charges.

& Conditions + Policy

01 SocialClub booking, guests & opening hours
Guests & room hire
- There is no age limit for SocialClub events; the room can be hired for occasions such as children’s birthday parties.
- All Bring Your Own events are restricted to guests aged 18 and over. ID may be required.
- The maximum is 25 people, including DJs. Confirm the number of people during booking; more than 25 people are not permitted.
- Main room hire includes up to 10 people: 2 hours £150, 3 hours £180, 4 hours £210, 5 hours £240, or 6 hours £270.
- Guest packages are charged on top of room hire: up to 15 people +£60; up to 20 people +£100; up to 25 people +£140. Up to 10 people are included.
- Additional guests on the night: If more people arrive than the number confirmed in your booking, an additional charge of £20 per extra person is payable on the night. The total number of people must still be 25 or fewer, including DJs. Paying this charge does not permit entry above the 25-person limit.
- A minimum booking of 2 hours is required.
- The booking price is room hire plus your chosen guest package. Choose a 50% deposit or pay that booking price in full at checkout. If you pay a deposit, the remaining booking balance is due on arrival. Optional extras are separate and payable in full on the day; they are not included in the booking deposit.
- A SocialClub booking covers the private event room only. Other studios can be made available at an additional charge.
Optional extras — pay on the day
Select no extras at no additional charge, or choose any combination of the following:
- Decoration: +£45, payable on the day.
- Party Photos: +£45, payable on the day.
- Livestreaming DJ Set: +£55, payable on the day. DJ booth only.
Opening hours & special arrangements
SocialClub is open every day:
- Monday–Saturday: 12 noon–11pm.
- Sunday: 1pm–8pm.
Standard bookings must finish at the end of the reserved session and no later than the closing time for that day: 11pm Monday–Saturday or 8pm on Sunday.
For special events or extension requests, please contact the studio in advance to discuss your plans. Our team will confirm availability, any special arrangements and any applicable additional charges.
Extensions are not automatic and must be agreed with the studio in advance. Unless a different arrangement has been confirmed, you must leave at the end of your booked session.
02 Photos, equipment & studio use
Photos & videos
Pictures taken by the studio with your permission may be used for promotions, including photos, flyers and web galleries. If you do not want your pictures used on social media or another online platform, send us a message and we can remove them from our platforms.
You may take pictures and short videos inside the studios only. Pictures and videos are not permitted outside the studio rooms, including in the office area.
Looking after the studio
- Use the hand-sanitising stations when entering and leaving the studios.
- Treat all equipment with extra care. DJs and producers are accountable for damage caused while equipment is being used.
- Only staff may relocate equipment, add or remove additional equipment, change lighting, or connect and disconnect cables. Ask a member of staff for help.
- If you want to use additional studio equipment, let staff know so they can set it up. It is usually free of charge if available.
- Return supplied headphones to their designated holders when you finish.
- Never disconnect cables or plugs from equipment yourself.
- To book additional slots in advance, ask a member of staff to check availability or use the online booking form.
- If you have booked the Live Stream / Practice Studio and wish to use its laser or LED lighting equipment, ask staff to activate it. Only staff may change lighting equipment.
Your equipment & technical support
If you would like to connect your own equipment, contact the studio before booking and arrive 15–30 minutes before your session once agreed. Only staff may connect or disconnect additional equipment. Without prior confirmation, an equipment swap cannot be guaranteed and you may need to use the studio equipment.
Classroom tuition is not included in your booking. Staff can assist with equipment and setup queries, but customers must have basic knowledge of the equipment and programs. Book tutor sessions separately through the booking system.
DJ controllers and other equipment are delicate and expensive. If equipment is damaged, the DJ or producer using it is responsible. If excessive force is used, the studio may stop the booking from continuing.
03 Damage & cleaning charges
Please take care of the equipment and studio space. Damage caused during your session must be paid in full immediately after the event so items can be repaired or replaced. If damage is not settled at the time, the studio may involve the relevant authorities to help resolve the matter.

04 Cancellations & booking changes
- Any Booking cancellation – 80% of the booking cost will be returned.
- Within 24 hours prior to the booking date/time – 50% of the booking cost will be returned. (*SocialClub is within 72 hours)
- Booking cancellation LESS than 24 hours / *SocialClub is 72 hours prior to booking date/time – NO REFUND.
Cancellations are only accepted via your Customer Panel, by email to office@belfastdjstudio.com, or by message to our Facebook page.
